Happy Rememberance Day! We're having an assembly today at the school to mark the occassion. Guaranteed I will lose my poppy again this year. It's just a given. Why have the poppy-people not done away with the straight pin system in favor of something with a backing or a clasp? What happened to the old poppies they used to hand out with a pretty green center? Now they all have black in the middle. I heard once that it was to make them look more realistic - but come on! It's made of felt!!
Anyway... to all the vets, thank you.
